What's covered by our monthly hosting fees?
Ittrium charges a monthly hosting fee to cover the basic costs of providing support, ongoing training, secure reliable hosting in a Tier-1 data center and most importantly keeping the CMS software that you're using error free and up-to-date with the latest advances in website technologies.
The fees we charge vary based on the size and complexity of the website. Sites that we classify as "Small Business" take less time to support than "Enterprise" sites that often include multiple websites or website designs plus custom website features.
All client sites are hosted in the same secure, reliable Tier-1 data center using Linux servers with proven firewall technology to help keep your website secure. Each server is backed up daily and includes a one hour service level agreement for hardware failures to ensure that your website continues to operate smoothly. We also continually monitor all customer websites looking for problems before they are noticeable so we can repair the problem before it becomes a bigger issue.
Additionally, each customer receives ongoing training through personal video screencasts that are custom tailored to each individual site.
