No. Monthly CMS hosting and product support are separate. All customers have to be on a support plan, but website service plans are optional.
Website service plans are 12 month contracts, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from month to month as needed.
Simply contact Ittrium and let us know if you need to upgrade or downgrade your website maintenance service plan. Your new plan rate will be effective on the 1st day of the following month.
Unused service hours in any one month can still be reclaimed since clients are allowed to use 140 percent of their reserved service hours in any one month. For example, if you're on a 20 hour service plan and use 10 hours in the first month, you can still request 28 hours of service in another month while on your service plan.
Clients who are consistently using 140 percent of their planned service hours or more may need to move to a different service plan with more service hours.
When your plan contract expires your unused service hours will be lost only if you do not renew your service plan.
We'll also track the service hours you use each month so you'll know if your plan is right for you. If you've subscribed for more service hours than you need, we will gladly modify your website service plan to one with fewer service hours.
We intentionally only book service plans to 60 percent of our capacity so that we have service hours available for customers who need them in any given month. For example, if you're on a 10 hour service plan and need 14 hours in a particular month, we'll gladly complete the additional 4 hours of service at no additional charge.
Clients can use up to 140 percent of their current plan service hours in any given month.
If your needs are larger and you want to guarantee additional service hours, you can purchase additional service hours in 20 hour blocks at your current service plan discount rate.
No. The same service plan can be used for all of the websites you currently host with Ittrium. You can also use the same service plan for new website development you may be considering.
Support includes the hosting of your website, email and telephone support for questions about your website plus software upgrades and bug fixes of the Ittrium content management software used to power your website.
Service involves any customizations we make to your website that are requested by you. This includes changes to your existing website, custom extensions to your website or new development for future websites you may be planning to launch.

We have lots of experience building websites so we think your dollars are best spent using our services for website maintenance and development work. If there is something you want to do but are unsure if it falls under your service plan, please contact us. We would be glad to discuss your project with you and make recommendations if it's work we cannot do.
Service plans are guaranteed services that are made available to you each month. When customers purchase services in advance, we offer these services at a discounted rates as high as 25 percent off of our standard billing rates.
Additionally, service plan customers can purchase additional service hours for larger projects at the same discount rate that is available through their current web site service plan.
No. Customers can easily make content changes to their websites using the content management tools that are provided through our website support plans.
However, if you're on a website service plan and need assistance getting content changes completed you can use your website maintenance service plan to complete this work in a cost effective manner.
